Shipping policy
1. Delivery Coverage
Contiguous U.S. States (48 States):
Enjoy free standard shipping for all orders totaling $100 or more shipped to the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other non-contiguous territories.
2. Order Verification
Please verify the following order information before placing your order:
- Full name
- Shipping address (including ZIP code, city, and state)
- Billing address
- Contact phone number
Note: Incorrect or incomplete information may delay order processing. To update your shipping address, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing Time:
Standard: 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).
Peak periods: Additional 1-3 business days may be required.
Shipping Days: Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).
If an ordered item is out of stock, delivery may be briefly delayed. We will notify you promptly and provide options, which may include partial shipment, substitution (where applicable), or cancellation of the unavailable item.
4. Delivery Delays & Limitations
Ekitlife is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Failed delivery attempts due to absence at the delivery address
- Carrier-caused delays or failures (e.g., logistical errors, weather disruptions, strikes, or operational delays)
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, traffic restrictions, martial law, or sudden war)
- Recipient unavailable to accept the package or to collect it from a pickup point
- Destinations beyond the carrier’s delivery zones due to logistical constraints
While Ekitlife strives to ensure timely and successful deliveries, we encourage customers to track orders and contact the carrier or Ekitlife support if delays occur. Refunds or reshipments may be offered at Ekitlife’s discretion, depending on the circumstances.
5. Out-of-Stock Items
If any items in your order are out of stock, Ekitlife may need to temporarily cancel the order. Our customer service team will notify you promptly by email.
6. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
To ensure delivery efficiency, Ekitlife partners with leading logistics providers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other on-track logistics providers.
Standard Orders:
Carrier: FedEx, USPS, UPS, or other on-track logistics providers.
Estimated transit: 5-10 business days after shipment.
Bulk or Oversized Orders:
Carrier: Truckload delivery.
Estimated transit: 5-10 business days after shipment.
7. Order Tracking
Customers may track shipments using the tracking number provided by Ekitlife via the carrier’s official website.
8. Address Changes
Pre-Shipment: Free of charge.
Post-Shipment: Address changes are not guaranteed and may incur a $19 fee (if successful).
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
9. Failed Deliveries & Refunds
In the event of a failed delivery due to any of the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or invalid shipping address provided
- Inability to contact the recipient after multiple attempts
- Recipient refusal to accept the package
Ekitlife will process a refund for the product cost, less a $30 shipping and handling fee. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after failed delivery is confirmed.

- Returned merchandise must be received in original condition for full refund eligibility.
